Swift Demo was brought on board to tackle the high-profile demolition of the former Mayors store at Lenox Square Mall in Buckhead, a key player in Atlanta’s luxury retail scene. This project wasn’t just about taking down walls; it involved transforming an existing watch boutique for three distinct brands (AP, Rolex, and Omega) into a single, expansive space for Rolex to officially open a new store to house their products.
The operation was meticulously planned as a night-only project, navigating the intricate logistics of debris removal in a bustling luxury mall environment. Our team expertly dismantled the stores, seamlessly merging the spaces while maintaining strict dust containment protocols.
